How to Unregister Your Aurender Unit

1. From the Settings menu in the Conductor app, tap on the 'Help' button.

2. After accessing the 'Help' menu, tap on your account name.

3. In the 'Aurender Devices' section, which is located below your account details, you will see a list of registered Aurender devices. Tap on the specific Aurender unit that you wish to remove from your account.

4. Once you have selected the Aurender unit you wish to unregister, tap the 'Remove from Account' button.

5. A confirmation window will appear. Tap the 'Ok' button in this window to confirm the removal of the Aurender unit from your account.

6. After tapping the 'Ok' button, you will return to the 'Aurender Devices' section. If the Conductor app is still connected to the Aurender unit you removed, its status will be shown as 'Not registered yet'. However, if the Aurender unit is not connected to the app at the time of removal, it will no longer appear in the 'Aurender Devices' list, confirming its successful unregistration.
