If you just have a general question for Aurender support, the best way to get in touch is to email us at "support@aurender.com". In most cases we will get back to you within one business day.
In many cases, if your Aurender is having problems, we can diagnose and fix any issues via our Remote Support service.
To send a Remote Support request email, open the Conductor app and go to Settings>Help>Send Remote Support email. It will ask you to enable location services, which is normal. Also, in order to send an email from the app, you must have an email account set up on your iOS device and you must have the "Mail" app installed. If this gives you any trouble, there is another way to put your Aurender into support mode for our team's access: press and hold the play button on the front panel of the Aurender for 5-8 seconds until it shows a display similar to the below image:
You will find the "Remote support" number on the screen, as well as the MAC address. Please send these pieces of information so we can check your Aurender. If it is easier for you, feel free to take a picture of the screen with remote support info with your phone or iPad and send it to us.
