How do I restore my Aurender to factory settings?

In the Aurender Conductor app, go to Settings>Software Update and choose an option to restore your Aurender to factory settings, either with or without deleting library content:

"Restore factory settings and delete content" will restore factory settings and reinstall the Aurender operating system and roll back the system software to whatever version was installed when it left the factory originally. It will re-format the storage drive[s] installed on your Aurender and delete all music files. The original demo tracks which were loaded when the unit left the factory will be restored. 

"Restore factory settings, but do NOT delete content" will restore factory settings and reinstall the Aurender operating system and roll back the system software to whatever version was installed when it left the factory originally. This option will NOT delete your music files, but any playlists, ratings, or streaming "add to library" content will be wiped out.
