My Aurender is connected via USB to my DAC, I see a signal lock, but there is no sound. My DAC is supposed to be compatible with Aurender. What is happening?

Aurender is designed to work with USB Class 2 USB audio chipsets. Certain DACs have a switch or a setting in software on the DAC to switch between Class 1 operation (legacy USB audio) and Class 2 operation. Please refer to your DAC owner's manual for how to adjust to Class 2 operation.

One of the easy way to check whether the DAC is compatible with Aurender(Linux Machine) is to check whether the DAC works with a Apple Mac computer without installing any custom drivers.
