If you have an ACS10, ACS100, or A30 model, you can utilize the 'Duplicate Checker' feature within the ACS Manager or A30 Manager apps to identify and efficiently remove duplicate files. For other Aurender models, managing duplicate files involves a more manual process. However, you can still effectively manage your library using the Conductor app, which displays content in alphabetical order by song or album name.
If you notice duplicate songs in the Conductor app's Songs tab, navigate to each song and select the '...' menu.
Tap the 'Folder' button to view the file's path. This information will help you determine if a song is duplicated within your library.
In the Folder view, you will see the selected song's path and the current folder name. Navigate back using the back button, and check the parent folder paths for the duplicated songs. Compare the paths to identify duplicate files more accurately.
To delete duplicates, connect to your Aurender unit from a Mac or Windows PC. Refer to the appropriate manual for instructions on connecting to your device.
Once connected, navigate to the identified paths and manually remove the unwanted duplicate files.
