1. We'll start by checking the MAC address, which is essential for network connectivity. Long-press the Play button on the front panel of your Aurender unit for 5 seconds.
2. If the MAC address is visible and in the format of numbers and alphabets (e.g., 00:00:00:00:00:00), you don't need to follow this manual. However, if the MAC address is not visible or shows as 'N/A,' please proceed with this manual and go to Step 3.
3. Press the front power button with the LED to turn off the Aurender unit (no need to switch it off from the back of the unit)
4. The front power button will have a dimmed LED. While in this state, long-press the front power button for 20 seconds.
5. After about 6-8 seconds, the power button's dimmed LED will turn off completely.
Continue holding the button for a full 20 seconds. This process discharges all power from the UPS and initializes internal components.
6. After 20 seconds, release the power button and press it again to boot up the unit.
7. Verify if the MAC address and IP have become visible after the power cycle.
After the unit finishes booting, long-press the Play button on the front panel as in Step 1 to check the MAC address and IP. If the MAC address and IP are now visible, the issue is resolved.
8. If the issue persists, repeat Steps 3 to 7. If the problem still persists after multiple attempts (2 or 3), please contact our support team by sending a support email to 'support@aurender.com'.
